KS ENERGY SERVICES 2008 STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS ARE ANNOUNCED
June 12, 2008 East Troy, WI - KS Energy Services announced today that Kelsey Saegert the daughter of KS Energy Crew Leader Randy Hennes and his wife Jennifer was awarded a $1500 scholastic scholarship. Kelsey is attending Concordia University majoring in Social Work. Kelsey is a member of the Concordia University Scholastic Honors List and involved in the Metro Harvest Church Youth Net.

The second $1500 scholarship award winner is Thomas Van Wyhe, the son of KS Energy Crew Leader Mike Van Wyhe and his wife Sandy. Thomas is a recent graduate of Auburndale High School in Auburndale, WI and was a member of the National Honor Society. He will be attending Marquette University majoring in English. Congratulations to both Kelsey and Tom along with their parents.

INTEGRY'S AWARDS KS ENERGY SERVICES A 3 YEAR CONTRACT
February 4, 2008 East Troy, WI - It was announced today that Integry's has awarded KS Energy Services a 3 year contract to perform gas and electric blanket work for the Green Bay and Eastern territories including the areas of Sheboygan, Kewaunee, Chilton,Two Rivers and Door County. KS ENERGY SERVICES AWARDED THE ARTHUR T. EVERHAM SAFETY AWARD
January 22, 2008 East Troy, W I- KS Energy Services announced today that they have been awarded the Arthur T. Everham Safety Award for 251,000 - 599,000 personnel hours worked in 2007 from the Distribution Contractors Association of Dallas, Texas. The DCA has been an advocate for the industry since 1961. The continuing mission of the DCA is to encourage the healthy exchange of industry information between member contractors and suppliers. In addition, they seek to provide the public a reasonable assurance of the skill, integrity and responsibility of member contractors.

WPS AWARDS PORTION OF THE GUARDIAN LATERAL PROJECT TO KS ENERGY SERVICES
December 28, 2007 East Troy, WI - KS Energy Services announced today that Wisconsin Public Service Corporation has awarded the company a portion of the Guardian lateral project scheduled to begin construction this this spring. The project award consists of 20,350' of 12" steel in Sheboygan, 7900' of 12" steel in Green Bay, and 7600' of 4" steel in Chilton.

RENEWABLE ENERGY PROGRAM ENROLLMENT ANNOUNCED
December 17, 2007, East Troy, WI - KS Energy Services Principals announced today that they have enrolled in the We Energies Renewable Energy Program as a 100% level participant. Under this program 100% of our electricity use at our corporate offices in East Troy, WI will be through renewable energy including wind, solar, small hydroelectric and landfill gas.

In addition, we have also enrolled in Madison Gas & Electric's Green Power Tomorrow program for our Madison office. This voluntary green pricing program will allow us to off-set the carbon dioxide emissions generated from electricity use by paying a monthly premium.

September 28, 2007, East Troy, WI - KS Energy Services announced today that the company has been awarded its single largest contract award by We Energies. The company will construct a major portion of the Guardian Lateral project for We Energies in 2008 consisting of 30,040' of 20" steel, 23,900' of 16" steel, 13,300' of 12" steel and 10,100' of 8" steel as part of the Fox Valley Lateral. In addition, KSE was also awarded the West Bend Lateral consisting of 24,825' of 12" steel along with the construction of eight- (8) Stations. We Energies is the largest utility in the state of Wisconsin and provides gas and electric service to over 2.1 million customers throughout the state of Wisconsin.

KS ENERGY SERVICES IS AWARDED LARGE STEEL PROJECT BY MID AMERICAN ENERGY
August 6, 2007, East Troy, WI - Dennis Klumb, Sr. President & CEO of KS Energy Services announced today that Mid American Energy has awarded the company a contract to install approximately 28,500' of 12" steel to be constructed in Ankeny, Iowa.

Madison, WI - January 30, 2007 - KS Energy Services conducted annual training of their employees today. Topics covered included trench excavation safety, Hilti gun certification, respirator fitting, PP&E, work zone safety, flagging, emergency response, confined space, MSDS and asbestos exposure. WISCONSIN PUBLIC SERVICE AWARDS CONTRACT TO KS ENERGY SERVICES
East Troy, WI- March 10, 2006 - KS Energy Services announced that Wisconsin Public Service has awarded the company the Denmark to Bellevue Pipeline project. The project consists of 41,000' of 12" steel. The spred boss is Jerry Mangold and lead Foreman on the project is Chad Dallman.

WE ENERGIES AWARDS CONTRACT TO KS ENERGY SERVICES
East Troy, WI- March 1, 2006 - KS Energy services announced that We Energies has awarded the company a contract to install 2,800' of 16" steel to the under construction Oak Creek Power Plant. Construction is set to begin in June of 2006.

2005 SAFETY AWARD
Dick Wanta, President of the Wisconsin Underground Contractors Association announced that KS Energy Services was awarded a 2005 Safety Award by the Wisconsin Underground Contractors Association (WUCA) Safety Committee on March 3, 2006. This prestigious award is issued to those companies with superior safety records in the underground utility industry.

KS ENERGY SERVICES CONDUCTS COMPETENT PERSON TRAINING OF EMPLOYEES
East Troy, WI-January 30, 2006 - Harry Butler, P.E. a certified instructor was retained by KS Energy Services to conduct Competent Person Training for Trenching & Excavation on January 28, 2006. Twenty-Sixn (26) employees attended the class which was conducted at the offices of the Wisconsin Underground Contractors Association. The course was intended to provide extensive training on OSHA's Subpart (P), demonstrate correct soil testing procedures, identify hazards associated with trenching and excavations, understand the different types of protective systems and provide information, rules, regulations and methods needed in order to be a "competent person" or to perform all excavation work safely.
